
Terms of Use 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS ZapTXT provides an RSS filtering and notification service. By using the ZapTXT service you are agreeing to comply with these Terms. Should you object to any term or condition of these Terms, or become dissatisfied with ZapTXT in any way, you will stop using ZapTXT immediately. 2. MODIFICATIONS/CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT We reserve the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Such modifications will become effective immediately upon the modifications/changes. 3. CONDUCT a) You agree not to use ZapTXT service in the way that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive or invasive of another's privacy. b) You agree to provide only your personal email, phone number and/or IM ID for ZapTXT services. Using somebody else's information is considered unlawful, abusive and invasive of another's privacy and is a subject of immediate termination of one's account. 4. LIMITATIONS ON SERVICE You acknowledge that ZapTXT may introduce limits concerning use of the Service, including the maximum notifications/alerts received. You acknowledge that ZapTXT may introduce a paid-for service in the future. You agree that ZapTXT has no responsibility or liability for the RSS filtering and the delivery of notifications/alerts in any way. 5. ACCESS TO THE SERVICE You agree that ZapTXT service is for personal use only. You agree that ZapTXT has the right to deactivate your ZapTasks at any time and without notice if your ZapTask overburdens ZapTXT's system. 6. TERMINATION OF SERVICE You agree that ZapTXT has the right to terminate and delete your account at any time and without notice. You agree that ZapTXT can block your email, phone number, IM ID or IP at any time and without notice.

You agree that ZapTXT has the right to terminate and delete your account at any time and without notice. You agree that ZapTXT can block your email, phone number, IM ID or IP at any time and without notice.
